OTIS' Finance for Field Managers Simulation web module is a 'real-world' simulation, immersing field managers in a 3D environment where they are presented with a series of goals and objectives and must demonstrate their strategies for solving problems and meeting specified goals/objectives.

Development began in early 2000 and was published later that year. ITN responsibilities included:

Users must 'ask questions' in order to get the data they need to make quality decisions...then they must make their improvement suggestions to meet required goals. The application automatically evaluates their decisions and presents them with a detailed report on their success.
